Sometimes, change can be difficult - more for some people than others. Consider John Henry Newman’s quote in your journal - living is changing, and perfection comes from changing often. What was the most recent change that you have underwent? How has it affected your life so far?
Journal Writing Prompt Bonus: Consider change in your life. Is it difficult? If so, why do you think that is? Do you feel yourself resisting change or embracing it? Take a few moments to write your answers in your journal, and save them to go back and consider later.
