By Dee · Saturday, September 3rd, 2005

“Self doubt is the little voice in your head saying “You can do it!” and the big voice saying “I wish you would”…listen to the little voice.”

~Sean O’Donnell

In your journal, take a few minutes to consider Sean O’Donnell’s quote above. What is the little voice in your head saying to you right now? Get as detailed with your entry as possible.

Journal Writing Prompt Bonus: Now, take a few more minutes to list the pro’s and con’s of what your little voice is saying. What is stopping you from listening to that little voice? What is the worst that could happen if you did? What would be the greatest benefit if you were to listen?

Happy Journalling!
