Journal Writing Prompt: What you can not do

    September 13th, 2005

“You gain strength, courage and confidence from every experience which makes you stop, look fear in the face, and do the thing which you think you cannot do.”

    ~Anonymous

In your journal, write and consider something that you have done in the past that you thought you could not do. Write about the experience itself, and then continue your journal entry by reminiscing about what you gained from the experience. How did you grow stronger, more courageous, or more confident from the experience?

Bonus journal writing prompt: What is one thing that you are facing now that you think that you can not do? Write about it in your journal, then consider how much you could grow from the experience.

    Happy Journaling!

    Dee
